    FXNOBEL claims it is owned and operated by Glencoe Partners LTD, a company registered in the Marshall Islands with registration number: MH96960. We do find a match result to Glencoe Partners LTD in the International registries of the Marshall Islands, but the status of its registration is annulled. Besides, the Marshall Islands does not have authorities that issue licenses for forex trading or regulate forex activities.

    FXNOBEL also claims its processing is handled by Cohen Group LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria. However, we did not find any match results to Cohen Group LTD in the Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (Bulgaria FSC). That means FXNOBEL is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
