FXPoint claims to be registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under registration number 25873 BC 2020. However, we did not find the matching result in SVG FSA. Beside, SVG FSA does not regulate forex broker. Having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
Moreover, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a warning that FXPoint is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
The truth is that FXPoint is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
