FXY Trade claims to be a tradename of JPT Ltd authorized and regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority and the regulation authority register number is 79676. However, please be informed that the Prudential Regulation Authority is not the forex regulator in the UK.
Besides, FXY Trade claims to be fully regulated by ESMA, FCA, and CONSOB. First, the European ESMA does not directly regulate entities engaging in forex services. Second, we did not find any match results to this broker in the UK FCA or the Italy CONSOB.
The truth is, FXY Trade is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
