    GEMSTONEFX is an obvious fraud for the following reasons. First, this broker claims it was founded in the year 2016. However, when we searched its domain, we found it was newly created on 28 Feb 2022. So how could it start to provide forex and cryptocurrency investment in 2016? It is a red flag here.

    Second, this broker displays its certificate of incorporation in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH). But CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities, so having registration does not mean having any regulations. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. However, searching GEMSTONEFX in FCA, we found this broker is no longer authorised. What's more, this broker was blacklisted by FCA for providing forex service without authorization. That means GEMSTONEFX is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
