GenuineCapitals claims to hold the certificate of incorporation given by Companies House with company number 11572122. However, it should be noted that Companies House is responsible for incorporating and dissolving limited companies. This agency has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against GenuineCapitals for its unauthorized offering of financial services or products in the UK.
