GlobalCIM copies the information of a legitimate firm registered in Switzerland, CIM BANQUE SA, Geneva, to appear credible and create the impression of being associated with the registered entity. This is a significant fraudulent practice and a major red flag. The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has already placed GlobalCIM on its warning list as an unregistered firm.

In essence, GlobalCIM is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
