GlobalPrimeForex claims to be registered with "Companies House of the USA", No. 9203967. However, the agency named Companies House is in the UK. Getting an institution's name wrong doesn't seem like something a regulated broker would do. It is a red flag.
Additionally, we searched the number in Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) but found another company, instead of GlobalPrimeForex. That means the company is not registered with CH.
Moreover, as per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA.
The UK regulator warned that GlobalPrimeForex was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
The truth is that GlobalPrimeForex is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
