GlobalX claims its operations under the requirements of the United Kingdom FCA (license number: 940465), the Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC), and the Financial Services Commission of the Republic of Mauritius (Mauritius FSC).
However, we did not find any match results for this broker in Mauritius FSC and Belize FSC. Moreover, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker issued by FCA for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, GlobalX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
