GMGroup claims to be operated by Infinium Solutions Ltd., registered in Dominica. However, having registration does not mean being authorized to provide forex services. As per the information we have, there is no forex regulator in Dominica. It is impossible that GMGroup is a broker regulated in Dominica.
GMGroup presents two telephone numbers that belong to Canada and the UK. So we searched the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we did not find any results that match this broker in IIROC.
Moreover, UK FCA issued a warning that GMGroup is a clone firm. The fraudsters are using the details of firms UK FCA authorised to try to convince people that it works for a genuine, authorized firm.
The truth is that GMGroup is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
