GoldBrick-Invest claims it is an officially registered company registered with the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number 11991770. We indeed found a match result to the company in CH. But please be informed that CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.
As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). But when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, GoldBrick-Invest is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.
