When we searched in the NFA, we only found this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an NFA member. That means the regulation information is a false statement for unsuspecting traders.

    Besides, Golden Day Profit shows its headquarter is in Hong Kong. So we did searching in the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC) but found no matching results to Golden Day Profit. That means Golden Day Profit is not an approved broker in Hong Kong.
