According to its website, it claims to be registered with the Money Services Business (MSB), but as we all know, the US MSB does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. At the same time, we checked the National Futures Association (NFA) and did not find any matching information in the NFA.
In essence, Goldenlinx is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Goldenlinx appears to be a scam.
