But it should be noted that Companies House is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies and has no legal authority to issue forex licenses or regulate forex activities.

According to rules and laws, Goldmines shall be regulated by Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, when we search for this broker on FCA's website, we found it unauthorized.
