Gordon Zack mentions it has two company names with different registration numbers:
1) Gordon Group LTD, reg number: 111413;
2) Gordon group LTD, reg number: 101994.
However, it does not mention where or which country the firm was registered in. Besides, there are no company address and any regulation on this broker's website. Lacking the above information is the distinctive characteristic of an unlicensed broker, as licensed brokers will always display their credentials and licenses in a prominent position.
What's more, the CNMV issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide forex investment and services. If clients invest their funds into this firm, they are unlikely to get their money back if things go wrong. In other words, investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
