  • Apr 17, 2023 BrokersVIew has reviewed that Grandpropips Advisors is an unregulated broker

Grandpropips Advisors claims to be a trusted broker regulated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). However, our search for this broker in the registries of the above-mentioned regulators didn't yield any results. Furthermore, although the FINRA is responsible for regulating registered brokers and broker-dealers, the authority to regulate futures and derivatives markets rests with the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). And brokers engaging in forex activities must be NFA members. However, we didn't find records in the NFA's registry matching Grandpropips Advisor. That means this broker is misrepresenting itself to deceive unsuspecting investors. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against this purportedly UK-based firm for it illegally offering financial services or products in the UK without proper authorization.

In essence, Grandpropips Advisors is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
