GrayBitCrypto claims to be registered&regulated by:
1) Companies House of United Kingdom (CH);
2) the Cyprus Security Exchange Commission (CySEC);
3) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA);
4) the U.S. National Futures Association (NFA).
However, we did not find its regulatory information in the above agencies. Besides, we found that FCA issued a warning that GrayBitCrypto was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.
Moreover, we also searched the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) since the broker claims to be located in Canada. Samely, the broker is not regulated by the regulator.
The truth is that GrayBitCrypto is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
