Greendax claims to be a reliable broker with license number 26734BC2022. The number is in the form of the registration numbers issued by St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). So we searched the SVG FSA and found a matching result. However, please be informed that SVG FSA does not issue forex licenses or regulate forex activities.
Greendax also claims to be operated according to the laws of Hong Kong. Then we searched Hongkong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) but found no matching result. That means Greendax is not authorized to provide financial services in Hongkong.
What's more, the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (FMA) issued a warning that Greendax is not authorized to provide forex services and products in France.
That means Greendax is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
