    GREENFX claims to be registered with the Companies House (CH) under the name TREE CORPUS LTD. Putting aside the shell incorporation is meaningless in any jurisdiction, whether GREENFX is associated with TREE CORPUS LTD is unclear.

    While GREENFX is allegedly domiciled in the UK, it is red-flagged by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the country's financial watchdog. According to the FCA, it is an unauthorized firm illegally soliciting British investors.

    In essence, GREENFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
