    GTS FINANCIAL claims to be regulated by US SEC. We searched the SEC and found a matching result. However, SEC is not the regulator in charge of forex and CFD brokers. To operate as this type of broker in the United States, a company must be registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and to be a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). GTS FINANCIAL is not listed among the members of the NFA. The truth is that GTS FINANCIAL is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
