However, its business requires it to be supervised by the National Futures Association (NFA). But our check with the NFA suggests that it fails to be registered as an NFA member and thus not subject to the authority's regulation. What's more, its unlicensed provision of financial services to British investors has prompted a warning from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
In essence, Heritage Digital Grant is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.
