Horizon Finance has adopted a generic website template popular among scammers. The template provides content such as regulatory information and company profiles that may not be genuine. For example, it claims to be operated by P24O Ltd, a fake firm repeatedly red-flagged by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Horizon Finance did not even bother to correct the wrong information from the template, such as "MFSA in US".
Since Horizon Finance claims to be regulated by MFSA, the Maltese financial regulator, to warn the public of this fake platform, has issued a warning against the platform, stating this broker is neither a Maltese registered company nor licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.
