  • Jul 05, 2022 Brokersview has Reviewed that HotFxlive is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    HotFxlive has a domain name that was first created in Feb 2022. However, the homepage of HotFxlive claims it won multiple awards from 2014 to 2018. It is a red flag. 

    HotFxlive claims it can offer services to residents of all jurisdictions including the United States of America. As per information we have, US residents and citizens are only permitted to operate foreign exchange brokerages under regulation of the United States National Futures Association (NFA). Firms and individuals, who do not possess the relevant NFA regulation, are not allowed to solicit or approach US citizens. 

    However, we searched NFA and found no matching result. That means HotFxlive is not authorized to provide forex services in the US. 

    Actually, HotFxlive is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
