There are several warning signs suggesting that Hotmarketscfds is a scam.

Hotmarketscfds uses a shoddy website template commonly seen among its fraudulent counterparts, which offers basic introduction about the trading platform including its regulatory status. On the homepage, Hotmarketscfds, this carelessly entity, has not even bothered to change the broker's name, TheAlertNation, on its homepage, which is another unregulated broker flagged by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). 

To appear legitimate, Hotmarketscfds provides two addresses, one in the UK and the other in the US. However, the fact that it is not financially registered in these two countries further substantiates its illegitimacy. As for its claim about regulation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), it is also unfounded.

In essence, Hotmarketscfds is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. 

Hotmarketscfds is unequivocally a scam.
