However, it should be noted that the authority to regulate forex activities in the United Kingdom rests with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We then searched the website of the FCA and found that this broker was listed as an unauthorized firm by FCA for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. That means what Hotpayfx claims is a false statement to unsuspecting investors.

    The truth is, Hotpayfx is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
