HunanMimaiNetwork claims to be a professional broker while presenting neither details of its regulation nor other related information (contact, legal documents,etc.). The lack of such important information may be a distinct signal of unregulated broker, since regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag.
By downloading its MT4 platform software, we found that HunanMimaiNetwork locates in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, China. As per the information we have, there is no forex margin trading regulator in Chinese Mainland. That means Hanmenghui is not regulated by any regulators.
Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
