HycmCapitalMarkets claims to be registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA), registration number 25228 (IBC 2018). We searched SVG FSA and found a company named HYCM Limited, but there is no confirmation about its website or contacts. Besides, SVG FSA is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.
In addition, the broker also claims its regulations as follows:
1) the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), No. 000048;
2) Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), No. 259/14;
3) the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), No.1442313;
4) the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), No. 186171.
First, we searched DFSA and CIMA and found a company named HYCM. However, there is no confirmation about its website or contacts either.
In addition, we searched CySEC and found the approved website did not matched.
