IconOptions claims it is owned and operated by Iconoptions LIMITED, a company regulated and registered by Marshall Island. But please be informed that Marshall Island does not have any authorities that issue licenses for forex trading or regulate forex activities.
Besides, this broker presents its registration certificate in the Companies House of United Kingdom (CH) with company number: 284649560. However, we did not find any match results to the company name or the number. Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. When we searched in FCA, not surprisingly, we did not find match results to IconOptions. That means IconOptions cannot be an approved broker to do forex in the UK.
