    ICX Platform claims to be registered with the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI), No. 101387. But we don't find any results on IRI matching to ICX Platform. What's more, IRI doesn't regulate forex and it is not a regulatory institution. The truth is that ICX Platform is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
