In attempt to appear legitimate, iFinanceFX claims that it is authorized and regulated from EU by the Financial Certification Organization (Fincertus). However, our investigation has revealed that Fincertus is a fake financial regulator and has no authority to issue licenses.
iFinanceFX claims to be located in the UK, and thus it should be authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, the FCA has issued a warning against iFinanceFX, identifying it as an unauthorized firm.
In essence, iFinanceFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
