IG Global Limited claims its headquarters is established in London, and its subsidiaries are under the supervision of the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Bureau (FinCEN) MSB, and are also registered in the US National Futures Association (NFA) and accepts its strict audit and supervision.

Second, a UK-based firm, offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK has to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
