    IM Market's website domain ("immarket.online") was registered on March 10, 2023. Despite only existing for a few months, on its website IM Market falsely represents that it was founded in 2016. In an attempt to appear legitimate, IM Market displays an address in Kuala Lumpur on its website. As per Singapore law, IM Market is required to obtain authorization from Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) before it can solicit investors. However, we have been unable to locate a firm called IM Market Inc. in the MAS register.

    In essence, IM Market is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
