Incometrade claims to be owned and operated by Income Property Investments Ltd holding the certificate of incorporation given by Companies House with company number 12237737. However, it should be noted that Companies House is responsible for incorporating and dissolving limited companies. This agency has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex activities. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued a warning against Incometrade for its unauthorized offering of financial services or products in the UK.
The truth is, Incometrade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
