Index Capital FX claims to be founded in 2014. However, after checking its domain, we found the domain had been created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2014? It is a red flag.
Index Capital FX also claims to be based in the USA. As per the local laws, Index Capital FX shall be regulated by the National Futures Association of the United States (NFA) to provide forex services. However, we did not find any matching results in NFA. That means the broker is not regulated in the USA.
Moreover, there is a warning issued by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) - Index Capital FX is not relate to any entity licensed or regulated by the FSA in any capacity.
