    Indexx Club claims to be a company licensed and regulated by the Germany Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) under registration number 9198015 and Indexx Club Plc is registered in the Register of Companies of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration numbers 1728005.

    But first, we did not find any match results for this broker in BaFin. Second, when we searched in FCA, we only found a warning against this broker for providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. The truth is, Indexx Club is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
