India Advantage claims to be owned and operated by India Advantage Private Ltd, a registered investment advisor registered in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). However, SEBI is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex services. That means India Advantage is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
