INVDaily claims to be operated by Advanced Software Solutions Ltd., a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, our search for this broker in the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) registry did not yield any results. That means what it claims is a false statement to unsuspecting investors. In addition, it should be noted that the SVG FSA has no legal authority to regulate forex activities. More importantly, the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) has issued a warning against INVDaily, saying that company is not qualified to carry out any type of financial intermediation activity in Portugal.
The truth is, INVDaily is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
