Sep 01, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that IPrimeCapital is an Unregulated Forex Broker
IPrimeCapital, operated by Intelligence prime capital ltd., claims to be a registered Canadian company. So we searched Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). However, the registration of the company has been ceased, according to the MSB registry. That means IPrimeCapital is not registered in Canada anymore. Besides, FINTRAC does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial service.
As a Canadian forex broker, IPrimeCapital shall obtain a license from the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). However, no matching results were found in IIROC. In other words, IPrimeCapital is not regulated in Canada.
IPrimeCapital also claims that it has a US regulatory license. So we searched the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States but found no results that matched this broker. That means IPrimeCapital does not have license issued by NFA in the USA.
