The company number IRS purports belongs to a company named Investment & Retirement Solutions Ltd, an FCA-authorized firm. The FCA has confirmed that this authorized one has no association with IRS and identified IRS as a clone.
In essence, IRS is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. IRS is unequivocally a scam.
