JFD Trade claims to be regulated by the Italian Companies and Exchange Commission (CONSOB) and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, our investigation about this broker reveals that it neither registered with the CONSOB nor with the CySEC. Additionally, the CySEC has added JFD Trade to its warning list.
In essence, JFD Trade is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
