    KALO claims to be owned and operated by KALO GLOBAL LIMITED, a UK-based company supervised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, nowhere did its website mention the regulatory information or its company details. The lack of such information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position.

    Probing further into this broker, we found the alleged FCA-regulation is nothing but fake as we didn't find any matching results from FCA. So KALO is not overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
