  • Apr 20, 2022 BrokersView has reviewed that KoinFX Trade is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    KoinFX Trade claims it is a strictly regulated broker and shows its business license in the United States with a license number: 445435. However, we did not find any match results to KoinFX Trade in the US regulator NFA. That means KoinFX Trade is not an approved broker to do forex in the US.

    KoinFX Trade also shows its office address is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator - FCA. Searching KoinFX Trade in FCA, we only found that this broker had already been blacklisted by FCA for providing financial services without authorization. That means KoinFX Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
