    Besides, we found a company named KPG PRIME LTD in the US regulator National Futures Association (NFA). However, this company is also not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved member of this regulator. 

    The truth is that KPG Prime is not overseen by any regulators. Investor's funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
