    LinityBase claims to be the trading name of LinityBase Trading Services LLC, a company formed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, no corresponding records exist in the register of the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and Grenadines (SVG FSA). Furthermore, the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has added LinityBase to its warning list as a fraudulent trading platform.

    In essence, LinityBase is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
