LONMARKETS claims to be operated by LONMARKETS LTD, a company registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Saint Lucia. However, we searched the registry of the authority but have been unable to locate a company called LONMARKETS LTD. Furthermore, the FSRA doesn't regulate entities involved in forex trading.
Additionally, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) added LONMARKETS to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.
In essence, LONMARKETS is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
