Madden Markets claims to be regulated by Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and National Futures Association (NFA). We searched the FINTRAC and NFA, found a matching result. But FINTRAC doesn't regulate forex or issue forex licenses, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. And Madden Markets is not an NFA member and thus not subject to the regulator's oversight. Its NFA ID is only for tracking purposes only. The truth is that Madden Markets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
