Margex claims it is operated by Margex Trading Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated under the International Business Companies Act of 1994 of the Republic of Seychelles, with a company number of 225155. However, having registration does not mean having regulations by any regulators. We did not find any match results to Margex Trading Solutions Ltd in the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA). So this broker is not regulated by any regulators.
More importantly, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide financial investments and services. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
