  • Oct 25, 2022 BrokersView has Reviewed that MariganzFX is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    MariganzFX claims to be owned and operated by Mariganz FX, a company registered with St Vincent & The Grenadines Financial Service Authority (SVG FSA) with registration number 26354 BC 2021. However, when we searched this registration number in SVG FSA, we found the number belongs to a company named "Almas Financial Ltd." Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate entities engaging in forex.

    Second, viewing its "about-regulation", this broker mentions another company named "HF Markets Ltd" which is regulated by SVG FSA and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). After further investigation, we found the only approved domain of HF Markets Ltd shown by regulators is "www.hfmarkets.co.uk." That means MariganzFX has no connection with licensed HF Markets Ltd, as the former's domain is not the one used by HF Markets Ltd.

    The truth is, MariganzFX is a clone firm that falsely uses the regulatory details of a licensed firm. MariganzFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
