Although it claims to be registered in both India and the UK, however, India has no regulatory authority overseeing foreign exchange trading, and the platform is not authorized by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). In fact, the FCA has listed it on its warning list, further confirming its unregulated and deceptive nature. Therefore, Market Expert Group is a fake broker and should be avoided by investors.
