    MB Alliance doesn't provide any details about its regulatory status, which is a clear indication of an unlicensed broker, as legitimate ones always prominently display their accreditation and licenses. Upon further investigation, we found it is registered with the National Futures Association (NFA). However, this broker is not an NFA-member and therefore is not subject to NFA oversight. This essentially means that any offering of financial services or products by MB Alliance is not properly authorized and regulated.

    In essence, MB Alliance is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. It is unequivocally a scam.
