Mboxes claims it was founded in 2018. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2018? It is a red flag here.

Besides, Mboxes claims to be a strictly regulated broker with a head office in Sydney, Australia and has branches in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. As per this information, we searched several regulatory bodies in the above countries, including:

1) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC);

2) The US National Futures Association (NFA);

3) The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA);

4) The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).

However, we did not find any match results to Mboxes in the above watchdog's registries. That means Mboxes is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
